Personalized and made‑to‑order items, including Premium Demand T-Shirts and Hoodies, are not eligible for returns or exchanges for a change of mind. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
